Randy Allen is the co-founder and managing partner of Preparation Audit Consultants and is the former President and co-founder of Synergy Technologies, Inc.- food safety and antimicrobial intervention company based in Shreveport LA. Company was sold to Peroxychem in 2016. Mr. Allen has 34 years of chemical and technical sales experience in the oil field, pulp and paper, and food processing industries.
Jason
Jason York is the co-founder and managing partner of Preparation Audit Consultants and is the former Vice President and co-founder of Synergy Technologies, Inc- food safety and antimicrobial intervention company based in Shreveport LA. Company was sold to Peroxychem in 2016. Mr. York has 21 years of chemical and technical sales experience in industrial water treatment, pulp and paper and food processing industries.
